I have a Seeburg V200. When I got this back in 2002, besides buying the manual for it, I also bought Harold Hagen's Dr. Know It All Book. The V200 occasionally has a ticking sound as the mechanism scans and I noticed the column on this problem and on reshaping the Tormat Contact Pins. Ron, you contributed to this topic on page 127 and I'm wondering if you have anything more to add. Please see the attached picture. Mine are worn and dish/concave shaped but the jukebox still works well. I'm not sure about the amount of silver left. Do you think I can just reshape them by sanding the edges and smoothing them out? I've never done this before but I'm pretty handy. Since the jukebox works fine should I leave it alone? Do you have detailed instructions in your book or anywhere that one could follow in order to do this properly? You indicated in your response in Mr. Hagen's book that if the silver is worn off the pin can be removed and resilvered by soldering a contact point to the brass pin. Where are silver contact points sold? Thanks for your help. I can't find a way to rotate this picture, it looks fine on my computer.

Hi Jeff, I can't see the tops of them from here--if gauged out too far you will miss selections--Contact points are available from pinball supply houses- Ron Rich
