Super Sound Help

I have a rock-ola supersound. I searched the threads and seen no help. When I make a selection, the record carousel turns, and the selection goes away from the screen in a few secs. But it does not select the record. Any help would be greatly appreciated

There's some general advice on these in a "sticky" above. After you do that, try running the diagnistics as detailed in the manual.
