My family wants to get our old jukebox in working order again, but I am still brand new to the Jukebox world. Everything seems to be working fine in the machine, but there is no needle, and testing is going to be really annoying if I have to keep feeding it change. Anyone know how to put it into free play and what kind of needle I need for the machine?
I don't know what I was thinking before, haha. Nothing is working, and there is a needle. I skimmed the free play sticky, but I didn't have the time to verify if it works on this box. For now, I opened it up and took a video of the box's interior.
Here's a picture of the needle, I'm not sure if it needs to be replaced.

There is a "sticky" above on free play! Does it still have the original phono cartridge?

Maybe you can identify your cartridge here: www.jukebox-world.de/Shop/Rock-Ola-Systeme.htmOriginally Astatic 17 was used, but Astatic 15D is often found as well. If it looks different than you might want to publish a photo somewhere.

Updated the first post with some different info, I ended up putting this on the backburner for a bit. Is this enough info to estimate the difficulty of the repair? I can take more pictures/videos if needed. The only other electronic I've done much work on is computers, and those are mostly just putting wires in the right place, haha. I also made a controller for a fighting game, but that was just soldering for the most part.
Also, not sure what this script text is supposed to be. Just appears after I save changes.
