HF100G Troubleshooting

Hi all
I am trying to get some troubleshooting help with my HF 100G. I just received a copy of service manual.
I thought it would have a troubleshooting chart but no such luck. Maybe some in the groupe cound help.
When I make a selection mechanism will scan from left to right. Unit will not stop and play selected record.
If I manually trip release lever unit will play the closest selection. When selection finishes turntable does not shut off. Reject button on back of unit does not work. Any ideas what I should look at.

Hi Bob,
I would return that manual--the Seeburg manuals for that model have a guide in them ! Did you purchase it from one of the suppliers listed in our FAQ's section above ?
Do you have an understanding of what/how your phono should operate? Read the manual before you return it and you will clearly understand what's (not) happening. Use the pict/diagrams to follow the sequence of operation--if failing on both sides of the records, most likely it is a problem with the W contacts=--Ron Rich
