Hi. I have a question about a wallbox I just got. After credits are on, by twisting the coin gears.,select lites lit, cam stays in standby position. Manually putting it to the credit stop , with no buttons pushed results in the motor cycling. The two latchbar switches are working . Adjusting the last switch operated by the cam lever will stop the motor, but pushing a number and letter have no effect.
1 what circuit advances the cam from standby to credit?
2 What starts the motor when latch bar switches are closed . I do have the 3 wires, brown red ,org, shorted and powered thru a resistor to simulate being hooked up to a jukebox . I do have a manual but am struggling . Thanks

Hi i would think that the problem may lay in the electrical contacts on the credit unit (Apu 10-56) I would firstly remove the credit unit plug from its socket and then place a jumper wire from the top row left hand connector to the third row left hand connector if that then allows you to make selections then try cleaning the contacts on the credit unit itself. I will try that. I have checked all contacts on APU, but think whatever advances the motor to the credit step is not working. I can't see the circuit path. Also when manually put into the credit position it immediately cycles even with no buttons pushed.

Is the wallbox an SC 1 or SCH ? Do you have a manual for it ? Have you located and checked the condition and operation of the two motor starting switches? They should both be open when the unit is in the credit position & closed when both a letter & number buttons are pressed and should stay closed when the buttons are latched in. Merry Christmas Scudie

Sc1 Using the jumper you described I was able to get it to advance to the credit position . Then found improper gap on a couple switches that move at the bottom right of machine. Then found a problem with the spring loaded lever that goes in and out to subtract credits as the motor cycles. Now all works properly , Thanks .
