161DH plays all 160 selections, except A7 thru V7

I have a 161DH that plays all 160 selections, except for the twenty "7" selections, A7 thru V7.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I've heard to check the two Jones connectors and they are well seated.  I want to take those two connectors off, but they are on fairly tight.  Is there a trick to taking those off?

If they are still intact, there are two retaining clip on either side of the Jones plugs. You will need to compress these clips in order to remove the plugs. Sometimes the plugs are rather tight. They may need a bit of encouragement to detach.

Other possible causes for your issue could be a broken wire, or dirty keyboard contacts.
