HSC 1 cancel problem

Hello everyone. My HSC 1 is one of the 1st generation units with the rotary switch. i needed to go through maintenance as it did not want to play. that got solved but now it will not cancel selections unless i manualy push the clear button.  otherwise it will just play the same side over and over. I have the manual and am familiar with the jukebox version of the mechanisms. so just need a direction to look at with this unit to find the problem.  Thanks Mark

Which HSC-1 MECHANISM, do you have ? Have you determined if this is a mechanical problem or an electrical problem ? That would be my first thought--Ron Rich
