Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. I acquired this jukebox around 2007. I won it at Dave & Buster’s. Everything works except the CD portion. Every time I try to open the CD tray, the display says “error”. This jukebox has a lot of sentimental value to me and I would like to make it fully functional. Any ideas how I can get this to work?

Many of the "Classic Collectors Edition" jukeboxes were not actually jukeboxes at all; they were consumer radios/CD players that were designed to resemble jukeboxes.
We can see if anyone can offer any advise here on this forum, but these units have nothing in common with coin-operated commercial equipment that we deal with on this forum.
