I have a NSM Performer Grand 2000 that has got me pulling my hair out. Originally, when I bought it, I knew it was going to need a new battery chip (error 31), Now that it finally made it to my doorstep it seems to have picked up a few more issues. Its giving errors 60(connection to cd-player interrupted), 72(error replacing cd in magazine), and 73(malfunction during lift drive). I consider that last 2 to be derived from the first error. Cd unit has power and runs its lift self-test with no issue. Changer will even correct itself if I move any of the motors by hand once it has been restarted. I just can't figure out what is causing the lack of communication between the changer and the jukebox. I have managed to get a clean PDF of the ES-V manual, but it really hasn't helped. The board on the changer acts the same way the board does in juke, one light is steady, and the other is blinking. I have gone through and reseated all of the cd trays. All fuses are good. Any help or direction you could give me would be greatly apprenticed.
