Wurlitzer 3600 not canceling 2 selections

Hello all, It has been awhile since I have worked on a Jukebox. I have only worked on a few.  I have a new to me Wurlitzer 3600 jukebox that plays the same two songs everytime I select a song to play. If I select U7 side A it will start operating and move to C7 and play side B until the end. Then it returns it and moves and picks up C9 and plays side B and returns it. Then it moves and picks up U7 and plays side A and returns it. Then on the way back to home it plays C7 and C9 again and then returns to home. I am thinking it is not canceling those two selections for some reason. 
At first I thought maybe it was not canceling any selections on side B but I tried a couple of other side B selections and after it goes through the process of playing the two it always plays and the B side selections I made and returns home to rest.
Then when I select U7 again like I did the first time it does the exact same thing. It does not play the B selections I made the previous time.
So it is canceling some of the B side selections. 
Would anyone know what could cause it to just not cancel these two selections C7 and C9?

Also the sound is pretty bad. Actually the wires to the top 6 inch speakers have been cut. The 12 inch speakers work but they really seem to rattle when there is base. There is some crackling and a little hum. 
Is there a way I can hook up some regular speakers only just to test to find out if the original speakers are bad. Also test amp and cartridge at the same time kinda? 

One more thing. Is there anybody out there that will rebuild these speakers?

Ok I was taking the selection accumulator out to clean everything up and as I was removing it three c clips feel out of nowhere. When I put it all back together and I tested C7 and C8 and they both canceled as they should. Then I tried U7 and it played it but just keep playing it over and over because the switch was stuck on the U7 pin and would not let the cancel coil cancel it. So then I realized someone had put those C clips in as spacers to lower the selection accumulator some to put more space in there. So I put the three C clips back in as spacers and then U7 canceled as it should but C7 and C9 where back like they were not canceling. After putting the C clips back in it is back to just like it was before I removed the selection accumulator. So it has to be something to do with the distance between the Selection accumulator and the cancel unit. I need to find out if there is a way to adjust that or if I have to use different width spacers until I find a width that let's everything work. I know it was not like that from the factory so something had to happen to it at some time for someone to put spacers in it.

Also I found out by using another decent Amp out of another Wurlitzer 3600 I picked up for $100 that the amp definitely needs to be rebuilt in my original Jukebox. I will probably try to get the extra Jukebox I bought working 100% and sell it later.
Does anyone know of someone that will rebuild these old Jukebox Amps at a good price? I guess I could try it myself but I dont know if I want to or not.
