Rock ola 418S homesnapswitch claryfication

Hi,i 'm struggeling with the working of the homeswitch (maybe broken). When the homeswitchcam hits the homeswitch the contact is closed and the normal sequences will appear.When the squence 11 has been reached,the scan cycle is completed and the rotating carriage cam should open the home switch,but this does not happened.The home switch stays in the closed position and the magazine motor keeps running.When i look at a normal microswitch there is a spring return after closing the contact so that by the next hit the contact will be open.This "spring return" does not exist on my homeswitch ,so it stays closed.What could be broken,missing on the homeswitch or am i overlooking something?

Found out what the problem is.The snapswitch was broken and a friend made a new moving small plate (where the spinning reel is mounted on) from a piece of spring steel.
But i mounted the little spring upside down so the force of the spring prevented the contact to return,changed the position of the little spring and now it works just fine.
