NSM Sapphire

I picked up a NSM sapphire, the person that sold it to me said the CD2 was bad and I replaced it . The fluorescent lights come on but the number pad does not and it seems no other functional things exist. Can anyone help me out please 🙏!

I do very little with CD machines but I would suggest a good starting point would be to check the power supply voltages.
