NSM Old Fashion Wizard CD won't line up to pick CD

Hey, NSM Old Fashion Wizard CD jukebox. As a disc is selected, the shuttle will lift but not align with the CD properly, I think it's a little too low, jams, gives an error code, then runs back down onto the cd. When I went into service mode and entered code 157? to manually jog the shuttle, I can jog it, step it, align it and pull in a CD. I need to know how to adjust the height of the shuttle to match the CD.
