I’m in need of someone to repair a Rockola control unit that is not currently working.

Hello and thank you for the reply back.
The power LED is not coming on when the unit is powered on, but it does go through the normal startup on the front display.
After the normal startup the CD grabber arm looks to be grabbing a CD from the CD player and it stops.
Nothing happens after that. If you send me a contact email or a telephone that I can text you a video I'd be more that happy sending you a video of what I just explained.

You should post the model number of your box as someone out there may have run into the same issue.
If the unit is getting as far as you indicate, you should do some troubleshooting before you single out the controller.
Verify all voltages on power supply are correct, with the loads disconnected first. Look for the simple stuff first, loose connectors, pushed pins, electrical damage etc...
