When my selection finishes the wheel always loads to one record and loads that record over and over. How do I clear the record off?

Most likely that particuliar selection wasn't cancelled yet after being played.
Check on the selection drum. There might be one pin out in opposite irection than others in that row. Push it back manually and see if the jukebox now stops playing this record.
