Jukebox noob here but trying my best to research and figure it out on my own. When I first got it, the mech would not move at all, only the turntable would spin. I have it almost working but have run into an issue I cannot figure out. The magazine seems to always wants to stop at 191 when it reaches that point. When there, it will not scan or move again on its own. The turntable spins and the cancel switch does nothing. If I manually rotate the magazine back to home, it will operate as intended. If the selection is in 191 or before and you select it on the keypad, it will go to it, play the record, pick up and return the record and then the magazine spins and stops at 191 (unless the record was 191 and it just stays there). If the record is in a slot past 191, when you select it, the magazine spins until it reaches 191 and then stops there and never gets to the selected record. I was thinking it is a logic board issue but I'm not sure. If it is the logic board, what component should I be looking at.
Here is a link to a video showing the operation and what it is doing.
Thanks,

That sounds like a bit of a strange one! Have you checked the opto encoder disc? Just a thought that if the disc was blocked around selection 191, that it would lose location calibration and probably stop. I don't actually know that it would stop but it seems a reasonable guess that this might happen!

Thanks for the reply Norman.
Well I think after tinkering with it for quite a while last night, I believe the gear or gears need replacing. The large gear on the magazine itself looks to be ok for the most part but I got into the back and looking at the small gear that drives the large gear and it appears to be chewed up pretty good. I believe it was just getting jammed at that position because after fiddling with it it started getting stuck at another spot instead. As I turned it manually it would get impossible to turn in some spots and I could wiggle the magazine and it would free it up.
Having said all that, is there a source for these gears? Can they be 3d printed perhaps?
Thanks, Stephen
