As per my previous post, i have found broken and now replaced my toggle shifter assembly. Now trying to test the mechanism, i activate one of the respective stopping switches at the record magazine, toggle solenoid is energised, toggle bar is moved to the respective side and gripper movement starts. What happens most of the times, is the movement of the griper somewhere is blocked (most of the times near the end of cycle , either "putting the record to the platter" or taking it back to the magazine. I watched that the toggle bar at that point is no longer completely at the side selected and as a result the "mushroom" that places the record grabbing arm is not in the correct place and the grabbing arm is misaligned and is being blocked. I will try to upload pictures or video later on. Any ideas?
