Hi all, It's been a few years since I have been here. I have a Wurlitzer 50 CD Carnegie. All is well but I need to access the 12" bass speakers in the bottom of the cabinet, and I don't have a clue how to get to them. If anyone can help I would most appreciate it. If not, I will have to remove the old back panel with a jigsaw. Thank you.

I have no idea but I have found that if there is no obvious entry, there is usually at panel underneath on the bottom of the machine - for instance NSM seem to be fond of that arrangement.

Hi Norman. Thank you for the advice. I tend to agree with you. I have decide to cut out the back panel and replace it with a hinged one. It is easier than putting the machine on it's back to get to the bottom. I also want to dampen the cabinet with foam and check the speakers. Thanks for your input. I am most obliged.

I agree with Norman, that has been my experience. It would would be a good idea to buy a hard copy or download a pdf of a Service and Parts manual. It would show you what your looking for.

Hi TCW and thank you for your help. I have the original service manual, the upgraded one, and the parts list. Unfortunately none of them help. I have now discovered that there are four screws holding the bottom in place, but to save having to disturb the jukebox, I will cut a hole in the back and fit a hinged door. Thank you for your help.
