Rowe Ami 1100 model RI 1 has no sound.

I have a Rowe Ti 1 that has no sound coming from the speakers. The tubes on the amplifier are cold and dark. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. A service manual would be great. Anyone know if the amplifier can be upgraded?.

Is it RI-1 or TI-1?
For manuals check with Victory Glass or Always Jukin which are both in USA.
