I have a Wurlitzer 3600 that I took the selection accumulator out of to check some things out and clean stuff up. When I was letting the selection accumulator down from the tray I heard something kinda pop and heard a ting and something metal hitting the bottom of the cabinet. I looked and looked and the only thing I could find was a c clip in front of the Jukebox on the floor. I am sure something is suppose to go between the selection accumulator and the cancel unit because there is a slot on the shaft. Well the c clip is to small to go on there good like it should. So I am wondering if someone put a smaller c clip on there than should be and that is why it popped off when it was being taken out.
I have looked at the manual to try to figure out what is suppose to go between the selection accumulator and the cancel unit but I can not find a diagram of the cancel unit that shows anything. I am pretty sure something has to go there or the cancel arm would spin to low and hit all of the pins on the selection accumulator with the pins not even in the up position.
If anyone knows what should go there please let me know.
I have an issue with a few of the pins not being cancelled. So I wonder if that was the wrong size c clip and it kinda made the cancel unit set to high in a certain position and the cancel coil could not push the pin down far enough. Because it does push the pins down in those locations but the pin does not hold down. Those pins push down just like the others with my finger.
Thanks
