NSM Old Fashion Wizard CD player

My NSM Old Fashion Wizard CD Player won't travel down to the very bottom (unless jogged in PO157) so the CD's will get tossed due to the magnet not closing on the CD locking into place. When jogging, I get all the opto signals, I think I just need to adjust the O?END optic sensor down slightly. 
Any ideas on where & how to do this?
