I am getting my solid stat Wurlitzer 546 amp rebuilt. My question is: Does it hurt the jukebox & amp if i leave it on all the time? I remember these jukeboxes in the bars & i always seen them on. I never seen any get turned off. I know there is a toggle switch in the back to turn it off or on. I like when the lights are on but my lights get plugged into the amp.

No, it doesn't in general. It is like you say, back then on location the jukebox was switched on - and stayed on until the day was over. When switching on the jukebox the amplifier itself will be in a kind of standby only. Only when a record gets selected and put on the TT, then the amplifier will be activated, the mute function gets deactivated. After the last song the amp returns into standby.
For home use one could separate the power for the lights from the rest with extra wiring. So only the lights can be switched on, but nothing else. When music shall be played, the mech and amp etc. would be switched on extra.
