I have a question about my ordinal speakers in this jukebox. One 12" SPEAKER IS 16 OHM, 2nd 12" SPEAKER IS 8 OHM'S, 4" SPEAKER IS 6 OHM BUT HAS A CAPACITOR ON IT. What is the purpose of the capacitor for?

The capacitor passes high frequencies. The 4" speaker acts like a tweeter. The one 12" is a woofer the other 12" is a midrange speaker.

Thank you. never saw this before. Trying to put jukebox back to original but might just keep all 8 ohm speakers in it & see how it sounds? What happens if you put a capacitor on the 4" 8 ohm speaker?

i recently bought a set of all 3 original speakers for my Wurlitzer 2710 jukebox. My question is why does the 4" speaker have 2 positives & 2 negatives soldered on them? Also which is the correct way of hooking these up to my amp? Here is a link to what i have: My amp has channel A & channel B for speakers.

Surprise surprise, you connect it as shown in the schematic in the manual, page 45-46! LS-2 (bottom right in your picture and stamped 119743) connects to one channel. The other channel connects to the 4" speaker (LS-3) and loops down to the 12" speaker (LS-1, top left in your picture), hence the four wires. The capacitor blocks lower frequencies from the 4" speaker, otherwise the small speaker would destruct.
Norman.
