STD160 won’t scan after making a selection.

After making a selection it won’t scan. If I manually scan mechanism it will pick up all records I entered. I took the black box to a friend who had a SPS160. Switched boxes and it worked great! I have the “The Seeburg Black and Gray Boxes” and “The Seeburg Microlog Jukebox Troubleshooting Guide” books. What should check next? I just got the cap kits for the amp and DDC. Also this box has a DCC1 in it, but it should be a DCC42.  I assume the Digital Selector is a DES5, couldn’t find any number on it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Jim

I found the problem after many hours.  It was bad contacts in the Selection Pass Switch after checking it with an ohm meter. It took a lot of contact cleaner and switching it back and forth 20 to 30 times!
