Sorry for being late to the party here.
I fuse all outputs from the main tran at the point where they emerge.
25AC: 4amp/slo ot 5amp/slo if machine has drum.
5VAC Decorative lights: 2A/slo
150VAC Stepper-trip: 1/2 A/slo Since Seeburg switches at the ground, the coils are always hot and can short internally. This goes for the LV coils too. It is best to add fuses right at the tran's secondary leads.
30VDc: 1A/Slo.
Tube heaters: I generally run these switched w/relay tied to motor ckt and no fuse.
I run the ballasted lights through a 1-1/2 amp fuse directly from the utility outlet. The main chassis fuse I reduce to 3A/slo
