AMI J200 Missing instruction card in the cabinet

Hello, does anyone have or could make a good top-down picture of the following item:
F-7577- Record changer trim removal and title panel release instructions

Unfortunately instruction manual on J200 doesn't have any cards, other than lubrication chart and electrical scheme. It's at the bottom- right under the carousel and the only one missing in my cabinet, planning to reprint in on rough paper, cut and staple in place.
