Hi Steve, Means, Read The Friendly Manual --- lol-- Ron Rich Haha.. That's what I thought. An acronym dictionary in the FAQ section would be helpful...  I did check the friendly manuals for my SCs and 3W1 boxes. According the FM for my SC I need to replace my motor because it's running less than 17.6 RPM and should be running between 19.5 and 21 RPM. The box works fine though so I think I'll keep it as is. |

Hello alittle late
Yes the 50hz is to slow to run the motor, the reciver is tripping the "hold" relay to early, change the capacitor 300 uf, to one that are around 450-500 uf, that is enought to have the reciver to accept the slower motorun from the wallbox, you can keep the alucap on the reciver and just connect a modern cap underside (and ofcourse disconnet the old alucap centerpin), remember the polarity on the new one.
