Sound On Mono Tempo 1

Hi I have a tempo 1 200 select and wondering even tho it’s mono can it have pretty good sound compared to the stereo model?
It has a good amp new tubes .
My Regis is so quirky and hard to get just right I wonder if the mono would be a good choice.

I'm not sure why you think stereo should be better? In a free standing jukebox with no external speakers, there is not really any stereo effect because the speakers are so close together. Though an exception would probably have to be made for the AMi Stereorounds.

The mono Tempo should sound great and had a magnetic cartridge originally fitted. The speakers are probably a bit of a weak point in that there are only 12" units, otherwise it would on a par with an AMi I sound wise.
