Was just given an R82 that continuously scans. I am confused as to the functions of the modules. One is a MEMORY UNIT ending in -07855. This has a resistor burned in half #R728. i don't know the value , or what burned it out. The other module is MEMOREC SELECTION COMPUTER #401-07139 . This has corrosan from the battery leakage, but I think I can fix if I can find out the battery voltage.
I saw a post saying that one of the modules is not needed for operation , but WHICH ONE? It's supposed to be a popularity meter, mostly. Any help?
