ok i have a Seeburg usc2 that is connected to a bluetooth amp. Hopefully one day i can restore it to play records. Its a small 100wattx2 amp from amazon that i connected to the factory speakers. There is a low pitched hum i cant get rid of and when i touch the metal of the cabinet, i feel a little shock. So i used my voltmeter and sure enough the cabinet is giving off 12 volts. I can't help but feel the hum is related. What should i do??

You haven't really told us much about your installation but I assume that you have the jukebox powered just for the lighting effect? In which case, disconnect everything from the mains distribution unit except the lighting. If you still have a problem, then it's associated with the lighting. There's a cabling layout diagram in the manual - maybe you don't have one but if you're going to restore it one day, then it will not go wrong!
