I have a Rockola model 1000 that has been in climate control storage for one year while I was moving. When we plugged it in, it played the first record, put it back and the turn table kept moving. It will not load additional records. I have a retired electrician who has worked on jukeboxes in the past. He looked at it, turned the knobs to make sure the arm would come all of the way up and down which it did. He is not quite sure what to do. He asked me to reach out for suggestions.

I don't know much about your jukebox but a quick online search shows that it has a Rock-Ola mechanism similar to the preceding Rock-Ola models. You also haven't said whether you have a service manual? When the record is returned, does the magazine motor not then run? If not, I suspect there might be a faulty (or mis-adjusted) cam switch. On Rock-Olas, it's normally the case that the turntable motor runs until the mechanism returns to the home position (all selections completed).

Yes, I do have the service manual. Right now, the turn table is running and it will not select a record at all. When I first plugged it in after the movers brought it back to my house, it played one record and returned it. After that moment, the only thing functioning is a non-stopping turntable. I will share your feedback with my electrical person. Thank you for your feedback.

Likely #1 micro switch then! As an aside, have you relocated the battery on the processor board? There is already a thread on the forum covering this.
