CD100-H title page limit switch

Good morning,

the limit switch does not seem to stop the title page motor from running out of track and squealing until it stops,  I have spare limit switches and changed it, you can hear it click but not stop,  it looks like it is powered from the top switch but i cannot find a wiring diagram for it

i pulled the wires off and jumped the wires which should have stopped the motor from moving but it did not,

any help appreciated
