I have a rowe 100e CD Jukebox and a CD will play if it's at 00.A lot of the other ones won't play.What would cause this

Hello,
First, check the battery on the CCC board, the battery holds the configuration of the jukebox. These batteries are soldered to the board, and once discharged they leak. You can upgrade the battery with a CR2032 battery and it's holder. The Cr2032 battery is used in most PC's to maintain the configuration.
Also, you could put the CD100E in service mode using the service switch. If you have no errors, try inputting the code 31 and a cd location number, then press the Popular button. Put the CD100E back to Run and see if the mech rotates to the cd location, pull the cd and spin it, then put it back. Try to play a track on that cd and see if it plays. BJ
