Good morning,,, Not sure where to begin but I don't even know the brand of jukebox,,, Just that it has an RJ45 jack as an input... Is this normally a Dante input or just a physical XLR to RJ45 adaption???

Why don't you research your machine and get the proper paperwork (service manual) for it?

The service manual will probably yield your answers!
