Hi all! I have been trying to adjust our NSM The Performer Classic ES V CDM 4 so it will play CDs smoothly. I have been getting error 73 so I used command P157 to try and adjust and get the grabbing ok. I also adjusted the CD Holder to work smoothly. However, the most recent test ended up grabbing a CD and now it won't drop the CD and I can't seem to get P157 to do any adjustments or let it go. I tried un plugging the machine and different combinations of on/off and program. To me it seems like the tray is not in the right position and isn't going to the bottom at the correct height so it is off by a mm per so. I keep reading about some optical stops OPSTP or OPPUM but the manuals make no sense.
I have a video showing the issue. Any advice on how to get P157 H 0 working again? Any advice on how to adjust the optics / disk grabber?
