Has anyone else experienced the frustration and found a solution when you cannot open the door to the machine? I have the keys but the mechanism is jammed/too tight and I know i will break the key, which is relatively fragile, if too much pressure is applied. I have tried supporting the door with wedges but to no effect. Has anyone experienced this problem before and found a non destructive solution?
