I have been collecting Seeburg's for over 25 years but I just got a Wurlitzer 750e and a Wurlitzer 616 both in good shape. If I get them both working as they should and before I put some money in them, what are they worth approximately in today's market?

It depends not only on fully function and sound but also on their condition being original (cabinet, plastics, components) and workings done true to original.
My guess:
750E: Maybe ca. 5000 - 6000 USD
616: Maybe around 1000 USD
