Hi, I have a question about a CD100 Laserstar Eagle. The solenoid that is supposed to unlock the CD carriage so it can rotate isn't firing. I'm not measuring any voltage at the blade terminals on the solenoid when it should be energized. If I operate the lock mechanism by hand, it rotates like it should and no errors are generated. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I solved this problem. Two small issues. The voltage problem was solved with some contact cleaner in the plug and some sandpaper on the blade terminals at the solenoid. Now the solenoid would work but still not unlock the carousel. I needed to loosen the two screws that hold the solenoid on and adjust it so it was further away so it would unlock completely.
