The bubblers are not broken, but they are not bubbling...is there a simple fix ..fuse, ect. Thank you for your help..

I can think of three options: - The resistor below the bubble tubes are faulty. They "heat" the fluid inside the tubes. - There is a problem with power for the restistors. - The bubble tubes itself are "tired": Means, after many years it seems the fluid is worn. To check if the fluid itself is ok, take one, put the bottom part in your closed hands for about five minutes. So your hands will warm up the fluid. If it starts to bubble within ca. 5 minutes, they are ok. If they do't, the bubbles tubes itself are worn.
