Anyone know where I can find a replacement magnet that runs the trip switch for the end of the record? I've looked everywhere for it stuck to something in the mech.

Lincoln, you can use anything that will clear the gap and allow adjustment for proper trip. On one I had some tiny 1/8 in magnets that I epoxied in place after setting the range of trip. On another I used a coin shaped magnet from a the bottom of a shower curtain.
Put mech in play with a record. Turn off power take stylus out of that side and use a meter across the reed terminals to help set the best position as you slide the arm across the disk. You'll have to do this with the "correct" magnet as well.
