hello I got my amp rebuilt on my regis but he put in rca inputs on the amp instead of the round plug. so I run positive left right to the amp plug but if i common the 2 ground wires at tonearm does it matter where on the amp I attach the ground wire? I think amp was ceramic so would that give less hum issues?
thanks

No it shouldn't - provided the neg of both RCA sockets are connected to ground. I don't think there's any technical reason why a ceramic cartridge produces less hum.
