Wurlitzer 3310 selector won’t turn

I have a Wurlitzer 3310 Americana III. I have recapped the amp, cleaned contacts, and set to free play. When I hold cancel button, it will play a record. But selector will not move the carousel. 

When keys are pressed, corresponding coils on selector move and tabs respond. But there is no other movement. 

Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem? Have found another selector for this model for sale online. Do I need to make a replacement, or are there other options?
