Rockola 44 Deluxe, need help diagnosing

Hello, today I brought up my lost rockola to try to fix it my I need some help with it. The system starts normally and in the video I already chose a song. All it does is spinning but unfortunately the vinyl storage wheel will not move even manually when I set it to "scan". As of now, I cleared all cable connectors and checked the fuses. Any ideas?

The gripper arm is jammed. Do you have a manual? If not you should get one and then it will help if you use the terms in the manual for your descriptions.
