Hello, first of all I must apologize for my English. I've had a Seeburg HF100R for several years and it's just broken down, the motor has no power. It doesn't run anymore, the scan doesn't work either. I detached it from the support to check it, tested it free of all mechanical parts and there's no hard spot in manual rotation, it's free. I have 115V when I push on scan. When I power it up on the bench, it turns very, very slowly, but no torque. When I switch the reversing switch, it changes direction but still no power. I bought a second motor and the problem is identical => the motor is ok. The resistance of the 2 motor coils is 100 Ohm and 248 Ohm. I'll try testing the amps when it's running. Thank you for your help.

If you've tried two motors on the bench and they have little torque, then it has to be the motor capacitors. I take it you had them in circuit when you checked the motors? There are two sections to the motor capacitor, one section (the lower) is used during play and the other section is added in parallel for scan and transfer where more torque is required.
