Rockola 441 can't open

I just got myself a Rockola 441.  I have the service key and it goes in but I can't get it to turn enough to unlock.  It does turn to a point where the key is locked in but it just does not turn enough to unlock.  Now I don't know what the mechanism inside looks like to know how it unlocks or what I should and should not try

Attached is a video of me trying to unlock it.  Seeing as I'm a total new guy to this any assistance, anything I can try or do to get it open?

Ok after working it a bit more it seems like the far side ( side away from the service key) is jammed and won't open. I can get one side to open a bit but the other side does not. Any ideas on what might be jammed and how to unjam it?

I can't re-call what is inside--but I can tell you some "assjack" has changed the lock-- that is an elchipo, Fort brand, lock-- RockOla and Seeburg used ILCO, products. Suggest a pair of "Visegrips" attached to the lock, as you turn the key ?? (at your own risk !) Ron Rich
