So I think it's time to tie up this thread.
I now have it working , kinda.
As I was looking at the ABCD stop coils I noticed they were mounted on a plate but no adjustment is indicated in the AMR 1900 reprint manual.
I took out my 2200 manual which is an original from Wurlitzer, low and behold a complete stop coil positon adjustment is described!
I followed it and now it selects correctly, most of the time.
This juke will undergo a restoration in the future but I always prefer to get the electro-mechanical working correctly first. I'm convinced that this just needs some further tweaking.
Sending out a thanks to Ron and Rob as I couldn't have done it without them!
Now on to my AMI model E120 hideaway which is the last non functional juke I expect to work on for a while.
This is now completely unfamiliar territory for me!!
