Heres where I need some more "interpretation" I read step by step on the latch bar adjustment, but I'm unsure on the gap part. I found the screws, but is it a visual gap somewhere or am I going by the feel of the button to the latch bar? I don't know where to look to gap the setting but I can feel a change in the buttons as I turn the screws. The manual doesn't say LOOK HERE. I started thinking it was the gap between the screw and the end of the bar but I realized that wasn't correct.
I for sure have the 5 contacts set correctly now below the wiper cam, they finally made sense while I was doing the latch bar setup.
Back to yesterdays crankiness, turns out the receptacle I took off to troubleshoot was not snapped back on all the way. Now its in and things seem to be reacting better. Ill get some oil on things. I bought a bottle to lube an old 1957 chevrolet clock which is why I called it clock oil, it came up in my search of jukebox stuff on ebay. Little bottle of oil with a needle on top to get in tight exact spots.
The fun continues! Thank you again. Aa777rob

77 Rob, PLEASE read the FAQ's on "oil" above( and the rest of them too) ! Using the wrong oil will cause failures-- Yes-- the gap mentioned is between the "head" of each, "adjusting screw", and the latch bar, itself. The latch bar, itself, should have a very thin coating of a graphite based grease, on it. Ron Rich

I works! Its playing whatever I punch in. Awesome! But. 30 min ago, drop a quarter in, wiper advances to RIVET A, light comes on, punch in selection and it would cycle and advance to RIVET A again giving me a second credit. I adjusted the 3 screws but now I'm only getting one credit per quarter drop. Its not auto advancing to "RIVET A" to give a second credit. Would my latch bar adjustments have thrown something off?

77Rob. Aw-sum-and then some ! Did you clean the APU-- once a coin has triggered a coin coil, the unit is strictly mechanical. If not used in years (which I presume, is the case here), they need to at least be removed from the WOM and at least--be blown out with low-pressure air. Once that's done, operate the coin coil armatures with your fingers, subtract credits with the sub (metal) pawl. Upon installation follow the instructions pasted to the WOM rear, or in the Service Manual. One thing it wn't tell you-- grease the sub slide LIGHTLY on the "pusher" and the rails it rides on, with a coat of graphite based grease (yours is late enough that it may show signs of this grease--if so, a DROP, of 2o wt. is more then enough to reconstitute that grease). On another note-- turn the power off, and remove the fuse--turn the power back on--the coin instruction lamp should now be off--(only on fused units). Ron Rich Ron Rich

Great info, ill do everything bit of that tomorrow. Any idea what condition turns the 3rd light on, on top? First left always on for pricing, second comes on when you drop in a coin and the wiper advances a little to the rivet, but what makes the 3rd light function? Thanks for all your help! Aa777rob
