Hi folks:
I am restoring and assembling a 700 that someone else took apart 10 years ago. Things are going rather well as it is up and running thanks to many photos that were taken during disassembly, Google searches and the service and parts manuals. One section that I do not have photos of, nor can I find the information in the manual or on the web, is the assembly of the tray stack. I wish the manual had actual exploded views instead of just parts drawings.
Question 1: Does one of the large copper plated flat washers go on the shaft first or does the bottom tray rest directly on the shaft base?
I understand that a large flat washer goes in between trays and one of the copper plated bushings goes with each tray as a pivot on the shaft.
Question 2: I assume a large flat washer goes on top of the top tray - correct? It seems I have 30 large flat washers in the box so I don't know how many are supposed to be used.
Question 3: What comes next? I have a smaller bushing that I assume goes in the top pivot for the tray selector and also a thin copper plated washer.
I have it figured out from the top down: Acorn nut > Black lockwasher > Tray top cover, but don't know what goes directly under the top cover.
Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks very much.

I am currently in the process of assembling the mech from my 1939 Wurlitzer 600-A restoration project. This is the order that it was in when I disassembled the stack, starting from the bottom:
1. Large copper plated flat washer 2. Tray and smaller copper plated bushing 3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 23 more times 4. Large flat washer, mine is not copper plated 5. Thin copper plated washer
Hope this helps.
