HF100R keeps scanning

Hi guys, have two issues:

1: Mechanism will keep scanning with no selections made on the pinbank  

2: I can make a selection and the mech will stop and play the record, rejects it but picks it right back up. The pinbank is not resetting. I cleaned the solenoids and made sure the contact block was adjusted correctly   

Amp rebuilt, Selector receiver rebuilt, pinbank cleaned
