Hi - my name is Pat, in Cleveland, ohio - I just got a Rock-Ola 468 Grand Salon - is a little dirty, and has a few problems, but I would like to clean it up, put some good records in it and play it in my house. It plays and sounds wonderful.
Main problem is the loader arm- it doesn't pickup records from the turntable to place them back in the rack- it tries, but the records end up on the turn table. Any tips?
Also, the brackets that hold the back glass on my unit do not hold the back at 90-degrees - the back is pointed down a couple of degrees - is this normal? Or did this unit get bent?
How hard is it to change the picture on the back display?
My unit is also missing the coin mechanism and bill processor - where could I get these?
